About This Page
This page displays all items from the four menus (File, Edit, View, Help) in a tree format. Click on any item to go to its detailed explanation page.

File
- New Create a new reading notes file.

Open
- Bookshelf Display files registered in your bookshelf. Quickly access your recently opened files.
- Local Open a file from local storage.
- Google Drive Open a file saved on Google Drive.
- Load from URL Load a file directly from an external URL. Useful for opening shared files.

Save
- Local Save the file to local storage.
- Google Drive Save the file to Google Drive.
- Rename... Rename the current file. Links in other files are automatically updated.
- Save Selected Books to File [Selection Mode] Save only the selected books to a separate file. You can choose Local or Cloud.
- Separate Selected Books to File [Selection Mode] Cut the selected books from the current file and save them to a separate file.
- Settings Ctrl+, Change various app settings.
- Print Ctrl+P Print the current reading notes.
- Close Close the current file and return to an empty state.
- Logout Log out from your account.

Edit
- Undo Ctrl+Z Cancel the previous action.
- Redo Ctrl+Y Redo the canceled action.
- Cut (Text) Ctrl+X Cut selected text. Available while editing text.
- Copy (Text) Ctrl+C Copy selected text. Available while editing text.
- Paste (Text) Ctrl+V Paste text from clipboard. Available while editing text.
- Select All (Text) Ctrl+A Select all text. Available while editing text.
- Copy (Book Info and Records) [Selection Mode] Copy selected books with their reading records.
- Cut Selected Books [Selection Mode] Cut selected books (move operation).
- Paste (Books) [Selection Mode] Paste copied/cut books.
- Select All (Books) [Selection Mode] Select all books.
- Delete Selected Books Del [Selection Mode] Delete the selected books.

Reorder
[Selection Mode] Change the order of selected books.
- Move Up Move selected books one position up.
- Move Down Move selected books one position down.
- Move to First Move selected books to the beginning.
- Move to Last Move selected books to the end.
- Swap Swap positions of two selected books.
- Reverse Reverse the order of selected books.
- Move to Position... Move selected books to the entered position number (refer to the number shown on the left of each book).

Sort Selected
Sort selected books by criteria.
- Title Ascending
- Title Descending
- Author Ascending
- Rating High to Low
- Date Newest First
- Sort by Series Number Sort by volume number in series.
- Group by Status Group by reading status.
- Group by Author Group by author name.
- Enable/Disable Drag & Drop Enable or disable drag to move books.
- Undo Reorder Undo the last reorder operation.
- Redo Reorder Redo the undone reorder operation.
- Save Order... Save the current book order.
- Restore Order... Restore a saved book order.
- Save State Ctrl+Shift+S Manually backup the current state.
- Add Book Add a new book.
- Insert File Insert contents from another reading notes file.
- Insert [While editing notes inline] Insert images or tables.
- Database Search Search and add books from the book database.
- Web Search Search and add books from Google Books.
- Find Ctrl+F Search for text within notes.
- Find and Replace Alt+H Find and replace text.

View
- Book List Alt+L Display all books in the current file.
- Bookshelf Books Display books from the bookshelf (recently opened files).
- Reading Mode Opens a mode to view your notes like an e-book.
- Clear Sort Alt+K Remove sorting and return to original order.
- Go to Top Home Scroll to the top of the page.
- Go to Bottom End Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Settings Ctrl+, / Alt+M Change various app settings.

Toolbar
The toolbar at the top of the screen contains multiple buttons for frequently used features. You can quickly access file operations, text editing, and more.

Open
Display a modal dialog to open a file from local storage, Google Drive, or your bookshelf.

Save
Save the current file to local storage or Google Drive. A dialog appears to select the save location.

Undo
Cancel the previous action. Shortcut:

Redo
Redo the canceled action. Shortcut:
Ctrl+Y -
Add Book
Add a new book to your reading list. A dialog appears to enter data such as title, author, and ISBN.

Search
Open a modal dialog to search and filter books. You can search by title, author, genre, and more.

Book List
Display a list of all books in the currently open file. You can select a book to jump to it.

Print
Print the current reading notes (book list or detailed information). Shortcut:

Button States
Some buttons are enabled (clickable) or disabled (grayed out) depending on the situation. For example, the "Save" button is disabled when no file is open.
