All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period with no charges.

Upgrade Steps

1 Log in to Reading Forest

First, log in to Reading Forest.

Log in with your free plan account using your registered email address and password.

2 Open Settings

After logging in, click the menu icon () in the upper right corner.

Select " Settings" from the menu.

Menu → Click Settings

3 Go to "Plan Management" Tab

Once the settings screen opens, click on the "Plan Management" tab in the left menu.

You'll see your current plan status (Free Plan) and available upgrade options.

4 Select Your Desired Plan

Choose the plan that best suits your needs from the options displayed.

  • Personal Plan: For individual use
  • Group Plan: For 2-100 members sharing (families & teams, recommended)

Click the "Try Free for 30 Days" or "Upgrade" button on your chosen plan.

5 Enter Payment Information

A payment information form will appear. Enter the following details:

  • Credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express accepted)
  • Cardholder name
  • Expiration date (MM/YY)
  • Security code (CVV)

Secure Payment

Your payment information is processed through Stripe's secure payment system. Card details are encrypted and not stored on our servers.

6 Confirm Your Order

Review the details of your order:

  • Selected plan name
  • Monthly price
  • Free trial period (30 days)
  • First billing date (after trial ends)

If everything looks correct, click "Start 30-Day Free Trial".

Important

If you don't cancel during the trial period, billing will automatically begin after 30 days. If you only want to use the trial, please cancel before the trial ends.

7 Upgrade Complete

Once the process is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.

You'll have immediate access to all paid plan features.

While the free plan limits you to 20 books per file, paid plans let you add unlimited books to a single file. Manage all your reading history in one place without splitting files.

Detailed Notes & Quotes

Save memorable phrases and important content as notes for each book. Search and revisit them anytime.

Data Export

Export your reading records in CSV format. Great for integration with other tools or data backup.

Share with Family & Teams (Group Plan)

Share reading records with family members or team members. Recommend books to each other or prepare for book clubs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel during the free trial?
Yes, you can. You can cancel anytime during the 30-day free trial with no charges. Go to "Plan Management" in Settings and click "Cancel Trial".
Will my free plan data be preserved?
Yes, everything is preserved. All books, notes, and tags from your free plan will remain available in your paid plan. No data will be lost.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change anytime. You can upgrade from Personal to Group plan, or downgrade, easily from Settings. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express). Payments are processed through Stripe's secure payment system.
Is annual billing available?
Yes, annual billing is available. With annual billing, you get 2 months free. Select "Annual Plan" in Settings under "Plan Management".
Will I receive receipts?
Yes, receipts are automatically emailed after each monthly charge. You can also download past receipts anytime from "Billing History" in Settings.
