Check Your Current Plan
View your current plan and billing information
1 Open Settings
Click the gear icon in the upper right corner to open the settings screen.
2 Select the "Plans" Tab
Select "Plans" from the tab menu on the left side.
3 Review Plan Information
Your current plan, next billing date, and payment method will be displayed.

Upgrading Your Plan
How to upgrade to a higher plan
1 Click "Change Plan" Button
Click the "Change Plan" button in the "Plans" tab.
2 Select Your Desired Plan
The plan selection screen will appear. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
3 Enter Payment Information
If this is your first paid plan, enter your payment information (credit card, etc.).
This step is skipped if you already have payment information on file.
4 Confirm and Subscribe
Review the details and click the "Subscribe" button to complete.
If you upgrade mid-month, the difference will be calculated on a prorated basis.
New plan features become available immediately.
First-time paid plan subscribers can enjoy a 7-day free trial.
You can cancel anytime during the trial period with no charges.

Available Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available.
1 Change Payment Method
Click the "Change Payment Method" button in the "Plans" tab.
2 Enter New Card Information
Enter your new credit card information and click "Save".
Payment information is securely managed by Stripe (payment processing service).
Card information is never stored on Reading Forest servers.
Canceling Your Plan
How to cancel your paid plan and return to the free plan
1 Click "Cancel Plan" Button
Click "Cancel Plan" at the bottom of the "Plans" tab.
2 Select Cancellation Reason (Optional)
Please let us know your reason for canceling to help us improve. (Can be skipped)
3 Confirm Cancellation
Click the "Cancel" button on the confirmation screen to confirm cancellation.
After canceling, you can continue using paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
You will automatically transition to the free plan after the billing period ends.
After transitioning to the free plan, if you have more than 20 registered books, some books will become inaccessible.
Your data is not deleted, so subscribing to a paid plan again will restore access.
Billing History
How to view past invoices and receipts
1 Click "View Billing History"
Click "View Billing History" in the "Plans" tab.
2 Review Billing List
Your past invoices will be displayed in a list.
Click the "Receipt" link for each invoice to download a PDF receipt.
