For Free Plan Users

The Free Plan has no monthly charges, so there is no cancellation procedure required.
Only proceed with "Account Deletion" below if you want to completely stop using the service.

Please Confirm Before Deletion

When you delete your account, your account information (email address, password, etc.) will be deleted from the server.
Your reading records and bookshelf data are stored in local files or Google Drive and will not be affected.

For Paid Plan Subscribers

Your subscription will be cancelled along with account deletion. The remaining subscription period will not be refunded.
We recommend first cancelling your subscription to "cancel at period end" to transition to the Free Plan, then deleting your account after the subscription period ends.

Account deletion proceeds in 4 steps

Submit Deletion Request

Select "Delete Account" from the settings screen and enter your password for identity verification.

  • Access the settings screen while logged in
  • Select the "Account" tab
  • "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page
  • Enter your current password
  • "Send Deletion Request"

Receive Confirmation Email

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. the link in the email to confirm the deletion.

30-Day Grace Period

After confirming deletion, you can recover your account within 30 days.

  • Recovery is as simple as clicking the recovery link in the confirmation email
  • After recovery, you can log in and use the service as usual
  • Account information is retained
  • Paid plan auto-renewal is stopped (you will transition to Free Plan)

Permanent Deletion

After 30 days, your account information will be permanently deleted from the server. At this point, account recovery becomes impossible.

  • Account information deleted from server
  • Local/Google Drive data is not affected
  • The deleted account cannot be recovered. If needed, please register for a plan again

How to Cancel Deletion / Recover Account

If you accidentally deleted your account or changed your mind, you can recover it within 30 days.

You cannot access the recovery page directly. Please use the link in the email sent when deletion was confirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions

There's no button to "cancel" the Free Plan
Since the Free Plan has no charges, there is no cancellation procedure. If you want to completely stop using the service, please proceed with "Account Deletion".
Will my reading records be deleted if I delete my account?
No. Your reading records and bookshelf data are stored in local files or Google Drive and are not affected by account deletion. Only the account information on the server (email address, password, etc.) will be deleted.
Will billing continue after deletion?
No. When you confirm account deletion, your subscription will be automatically cancelled at the end of the current billing period. It's not immediate cancellation; your subscription remains active for the paid period (though you cannot log in).
I didn't receive the confirmation email
Please check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, verify that your email address is correctly registered in the settings screen. If the problem persists, please contact Support.
Can I register again with the same email address after deletion?
Yes. After the 30-day grace period ends (after permanent deletion), you can register with the same email address as a new user. However, data from the previous account cannot be recovered.
I'm a Group Plan owner. What happens to members if I delete my account?
If the owner deletes their account, the entire group subscription will be cancelled. Members will transition to the Free Plan. We recommend transferring ownership to another member before deletion.
I want to cancel my paid plan and return to Free Plan
Please see How to Cancel Paid Plan for paid plan cancellation. After cancellation, you will automatically transition to the Free Plan. Account deletion is not required.
