Login Issues
Cannot Log In
Unable to log in even with correct email and password.
- Double-check your email and password for typos
- Verify correct capitalization and spacing
- Try logging in with a different browser
- If you forgot your password, use the password reset option
Cannot Connect to Google Drive
Google Drive authentication fails or doesn't show authentication screen.
- Check if popup blocker is enabled and disable it for this site
- Allow popups for this website in your browser
- Enable third-party cookies (required for OAuth)
- Log out of Google account and try again
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)
Forgot Password
You don't remember your password and cannot log in.
- Visit the password reset page
- Enter your registered email address
- Click "Send Reset Link"
- Check your email for the reset link and set a new password
Data & Sync
Share Data Between Devices
Want to access data created on PC from your smartphone or tablet.
- Connect to Google Drive through Settings
- Save your data to Google Drive on the current device
- Connect the same Google account on other devices
- Load the saved file from Google Drive on the new device
Data Disappeared
Books or notes you added are no longer visible or have been deleted.
- Use the search function to find the missing item
- Click [File] → [Settings] from the menu, select the Display tab, and check filter settings
Book Management
Cannot Add Books
Error message appears or book doesn't get added.
- Check you haven't reached the limit (20 books on free plan)
- Verify all required fields are filled in
- Try with a different browser
Cannot Edit Book Info
Changes to book title, author, or other information don't save.
- Make sure to click the Save button after editing
- Check your internet connection
- Try a different browser
Cannot Delete Books
Getting an error or book won't delete.
- Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog
- Try a different browser
Notes & Quotes
Notes Won't Save
Your notes don't save or disappear after you write them.
- Click the Save button after writing notes
- Check your internet connection
- Verify note length is within limits
Formulas Not Displaying
LaTeX formulas don't display correctly or show errors.
- Math formulas are a premium feature - check your plan
- Verify LaTeX syntax is correct (e.g., $E=mc^2$)
- Check opening and closing delimiters match
Performance
Blank White Page
Page shows nothing but a blank white screen.
- Check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Try a different browser
Slow or Sluggish Performance
Page loads or responds slowly.
- Close unnecessary browser tabs
- Restart your browser
- Disable unnecessary browser extensions
- Check your internet connection speed
Mobile Layout Issues
Page doesn't display correctly on smartphone or tablet.
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Try rotating your device between portrait and landscape

Account
Change Email Address
Want to change your registered email address.
- Log in and go to Account Settings
- Find the "Change Email" section
- Enter your new email address
- Confirm via the verification email sent to your new address
Delete Account
Want to permanently delete your account.
Export Data
Want to export your books and notes as a backup.
- Verify you have a premium plan (export is premium-only)
- Log in and go to Account Settings
- Choose your export format (TXT, Excel, CSV, Markdown, HTML, BibTeX)
- Click Export and download your file
Change or Cancel Plan
Want to switch from premium to free plan or cancel.
- Log in and go to Account Settings
- Find the "Plan Management" section
- Click "Change Plan" or "Cancel"
Clear Cache & Cookies
What is Cache and Cookies?
Cache stores images and files to make pages load faster. Cookies store login information and settings. Clearing them can fix many problems.
Google Chrome
Works on both desktop and mobile.
- Click the menu (⋮) in the top right
- Go to "More Tools" → "Clear Browsing Data"
- Set Time Range to "All time"
- Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear data"
Microsoft Edge
Clear from browser settings.
Mozilla Firefox
Clear from Privacy & Security settings.
Safari (Mac/iPhone/iPad)
Clear from Settings or System Preferences.
