What is Book Information?

"Book Information" is a feature that allows you to view and edit metadata (title, author, page count, etc.) for registered books.
You can set cover images, add tags, record notes, and manage various information about your books.

Opening Book Information

Method 1: From the Book List

  1. Open the Book List Select "View → Book List" from the menu.
  2. Right-click on a Book Right-click on the book whose information you want to view.
  3. Select "Book Information" Choose "Book Information" from the context menu.

Method 2: From the Reading Screen

  1. With a Book Open Have a book open in the reading screen.
  2. Open from Menu Select "View → Book Information" from the menu.

Displayed Information

The book information screen displays the following information.

About Auto-fill
When registering a book using the book search database, title, author, page count, cover image, and other fields are automatically filled in.

Editing Information

  1. Open Book Information Open the book information screen using one of the methods described above.
  2. Click "Edit" Button Click the "Edit" button in the upper right or bottom of the screen.
  3. Edit Information Modify the content of each field.
  4. Click "Save" When finished editing, click the "Save" button to save your changes.

Managing Tags

By adding tags, you can freely categorize and organize your books.
Set tags based on your own rules: genre, reading status, rating, etc.

  1. Click the Tag Field Click the tag field in the book information screen.
  2. Enter Tag Name Type the name of the tag you want to add.
  3. Press Enter to Add Press the Enter key to add the tag.

Setting a cover image makes it easier to visually identify books in the book list.

Adding to Favorites

Books you read frequently or your favorites can be added to "Favorites" for quick access.

  1. Open Book Information Open the book information screen for the book you want to add to favorites.
  2. Click the Star Icon Click the star icon at the top of the screen. It will change to when added to favorites.
