Keyboard Shortcuts List

External Keyboard Support

When you connect an external keyboard (such as a Bluetooth keyboard), the following shortcuts become available.
Press F1 to view the shortcut list within the app.

Device-Specific Operations

How to perform the same operations on different devices.

* When using a mouse or trackpad with a tablet, PC operations apply.

Clipboard Operations

Book copy/cut requires a paid plan. Record copy/cut is available on all plans.

Ctrl + X Cut - Remove a book or record to move it elsewhere
Ctrl + C Copy - Duplicate a book or record
Ctrl + V Paste
  • Text field: Paste text
  • Display mode: Paste books or records
  • Works across different browser tabs
Ctrl + A Select All / Deselect All
  • Text field: Select all text
  • Display mode: Select all books (toggle)
  • Press again to deselect all
  • Menu item changes between "Select All" and "Deselect"
Delete or Backspace Delete selected books

Editing Operations

Ctrl + Z Undo
Ctrl + Shift + Z or Ctrl + Y Redo
Ctrl + Shift + S Save Current State (Manual Backup)

File Operations

Ctrl + S Save
Ctrl + O Open File
Ctrl + P Print

Google Drive Operations

Ctrl + Shift + O Open from Google Drive
Ctrl + Shift + D Save to Google Drive

Navigation

Ctrl + L Open Book List
Ctrl + N Add Book
Ctrl + E Create New (New Reading Log)
Ctrl + K Clear Sort (Return to Original Order)
Ctrl + M or Alt + M Open Settings Menu

Esc Close dialog / Cancel Edit
Home Jump to Top
End Jump to Bottom
PageUp / PageDown Page Scroll

Mouse Operations (PC Only)

Vertical Drag Fast Scroll (like smartphone swipe)
Scroll speed changes based on drag distance. Releases to inertia scroll.
Horizontal Drag Text Selection (normal operation)

Tip: On smartphones and tablets, standard touch scrolling works as usual. This feature is for PC mouse operations only.

For Mac Users:
Use Cmd (Command) instead of Ctrl.

Supported Devices

  • PC (Windows/Mac/Linux): Works with standard keyboard
  • Smartphone: Works when external keyboard (Bluetooth, etc.) is connected
  • Tablet: Works when external keyboard or keyboard cover is connected
